- Were there issues in your parking situation before the arrival of XPark?
o Visitors were passed on to us via the individual tenants, but this considerably increased the workload for security and receptionist of Mondriaan Tower, so that they no longer got around to their own work. In addition, it was very difficult to check who was in the parking garage and whether the rented / used parking spaces were being misused. - What was the decisive factor in choosing XPark?
o The ease of use of the online portal and the freedom that tenants have been given in arranging their own “virtual parking garage”. The presence of the cameras (with live feed!) Is also certainly beneficial and helps with supervision and enforcement at the parking installations. - How did the first months go with XPark and how has the situation improved compared to the past?
o At first tenants had to get used to the fact that they themselves now had the freedom and the responsibilityfor their visitors / parkers. Although it was planned, it unfortunately did not always run smooth, but it is difficult to explain the new parking system with accompanying “game rules” to hundreds of parkers at the same time, . It is nice to see that security and receptionist now have more time to perform their core tasks, which certainly benefits the total guest experience. - What are the positive messages you hear from tenants?
o It is fantastic that the barrier opens immediately when guests (and employees) arrive, including a welcome message! People no longer have to offer an admission ticket or contact a receptionist and can drive straight on. - Would you recommend XPark to other real estate owners or real estate management companies and why?
o Absolutely! XPark provides tenants and parking garage managers with more freedom and more control over the use of the parking garage. With good use (by the so-called "back-end users") the traffic flow is greatly improved.
