The ‘Kauwgomballenfabriek’ (Chewing gum factory) in Amsterdam; after the company Maple Leaf had been producing chewing gum there for years, the former industrial complex has – for years – been a multi-tenant office for a wide variety of creative companies.

Advanced parking management system

The creative employees, who arrive at work by car, can now park directly in front of the door without any hassle. But keeping a big group of parkers – that work at all kinds of different companies – satisfied, requires an advanced Parking Management System (PMS). After Brickyard reached out to the multi-tenant office, deals were made and the XPark parking system was installed on site.

XPark license plate cameras are placed at the entrance and exit of the parking area, these cameras register who is standing in front of the barrier. The system checks whether this person has access to the parking area, and if parking places are still available. No more hassle with tickets, passes or tags. An efficient and seamless parking experience.

Outsiders, who are not allowed on the parking lot, will not gain access. Tenants of the complex can control their access and assigned parking spaces with the XPark management tool. Extra hospitality for the employees and the visitors!
