The current parking system at the apartment block is not working as desired, because it often allows people without a parking right to go into the parking garage. XPark ensures that residents – with a parking right –always have a free parking space, this is made possible by our smart software using license plate recognition in combination with the already existing ‘speedgate’ at VVE Heroes. The residents also have access to the “XPark backoffice”, so that they can register visitors – or even the dog walking company – and give them access to the parking lot. The apartment block manager(s) also have access to the backoffice, so they can easily grant access to suppliers or construction companies.

Brickyard relieves the apartment block managers by organizing a training session for all residents, in which they will learn how the system works, so that they can take care of it themselves. This way, everyone can park in their own garage without any problems.
