Integrated enforcement solution for Amersfoort
In Amersfoort, a complete enforcement solution has been implemented that brings together Brickyard Mobile and the scan car back office. This solution was realised in collaboration with Coöperatie ParkeerService U.A. (CPS) and supports the Municipality of Amersfoort in delivering efficient and reliable parking enforcement.
The municipality was already using Bluebrick for fiscal parking enforcement. Driven by the ambition to expand services and further professionalise processes, CPS opted for an integrated approach: a single back office for scan car data, combined with a mobile follow-up solution for on-street enforcement.
Back office for scan cars
The Brickyard back office processes scan car data and automatically enriches it with external sources such as the NPR and the RDW. This ensures a careful and consistent assessment of parking rights, reducing manual actions and increasing overall reliability.
Mobile follow-up in the field
With Brickyard Mobile, enforcement officers have access to up-to-date and validated information on location. Violations that cannot be fully handled automatically are followed up directly and efficiently on the street, contributing to a smooth day-to-day operation.
Desktop Enforcement
Violations that can be assessed from the office are handled via the Desktop Enforcement environment. This creates a clear separation between fieldwork and office-based processing, without losing cohesion or insight.
The combination of back office, mobile and desktop results in a stable, transparent and scalable enforcement process. Together with CPS and the Municipality of Amersfoort, we are working towards future-proof parking enforcement in the city.
