{"id":7310,"date":"2025-06-20T16:03:53","date_gmt":"2025-06-20T14:03:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.brickyard.eu\/?p=7310"},"modified":"2025-07-03T15:57:42","modified_gmt":"2025-07-03T13:57:42","slug":"smart-enforcement-in-the-municipality-of-tilburg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.brickyard.eu\/en\/scan-cars\/smart-enforcement-in-the-municipality-of-tilburg\/","title":{"rendered":"Smart enforcement in the municipality of Tilburg"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"82\" data-end=\"446\"><strong data-start=\"82\" data-end=\"230\">In collaboration with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.p1.nl\/\">P1<\/a>, Brickyard has supported the municipality of Tilburg in implementing a future-ready and efficient enforcement strategy.<\/strong><br data-start=\"230\" data-end=\"233\" \/>What started with the deployment of two scan cars for parking control and environmental zone enforcement has now evolved into an advanced system that also supports the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brickyard.eu\/en\/cameraenforcement\/\"><strong data-start=\"401\" data-end=\"445\">Zero Emission Urban Logistics Zone (ZES)<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"448\" data-end=\"871\"><strong data-start=\"448\" data-end=\"472\">Ready for the future<\/strong><br data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"475\" \/>As of January 1st, Tilburg has been actively enforcing its new ZES zone. This expansion marks an important step towards sustainable urban logistics and reduced emissions in the city center. The transition from environmental zone enforcement to ZES control has been smooth and disruption-free.<br data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"770\" \/>Our scan cars are now fully configured for ZES enforcement \u2013 making <strong data-start=\"838\" data-end=\"870\">Tilburg ready for the future<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"1172\"><strong data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"913\">Fixed cameras at strategic locations<\/strong><br data-start=\"913\" data-end=\"916\" \/>To further strengthen enforcement, <strong data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"971\">13 fixed cameras<\/strong> were recently installed on key access roads throughout the city. Together with the scan cars, they form a <strong data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1106\">smart and robust network<\/strong>, with full integration into our back-office system. This enables:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1258\">\n<li data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1196\">\n<p data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1196\">Real-time insights<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1221\">\n<p data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1221\">Automated processing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1258\">\n<p data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1258\">A consistent enforcement picture<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1647\"><strong data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1290\">Ongoing innovation with P1<\/strong><br data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1293\" \/>The municipality is highly satisfied with the system&#8217;s performance.
