This contributes to an attractive city center for both residents and visitors.<\/p>\n<p>The rules apply to motorized vehicles in the city center of Assen. Part of the city center has been designated as a pedestrian zone. Motorized traffic is in principle only allowed in the pedestrian zone within the so-called time windows.
